Even if some details are scoped out due to engineering constraints, we have a plan for future iterations. Mich has demonstrated the ability to develop a design blueprint for a program like InstantBuy previously, thinking about the user experiences for sellers and buyers across multiple touchpoints and managing multiple design projects at the same time.
She is also skilled in research, often doing it independently to uncover the user's pain points. This allowed her to develop a clear vision for recommerce, and the individual touchpoints like Deal Methods, Checkout, etc.
