Specifically on Door-to-door Delivery (D2D) project, with the number of screens and scope of it, Mich handled it with much grace and speed. She's always open to feedback (there was a lot of that for D2D), and is flexible with change (due to engineering scope concerns). I’d want to nominate and give appreciation kudos to Mich Oui, which have been very relentlessly resourceful in leading the discovery for our Delivery Vision project. This is a complex cross-domain projects which will enable Carousell to offer a convenient delivery services in the upcoming year, and critical to support Carousell 2.0 vision. She put a lot of though and despite all the technical complexities and challenges, she remains firm in ensuring what we are building are something human.

With IB, there was a lot of stakeholder management necessary and Mich always took them in her stead.
